About Me

I have been an avid fitness fan for over 10 years, teaching aerobics and HIIT classes amongst others, in my spare time. In 2017, I completed my Level 3 Sports Massage diploma through the YMCA and have been delivering high quality deep tissue massage since then. In July 2025 I completed my Level 5 Sports Massage Diploma with the Cambridge School of Sports Massage, part of the Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM). My own fitness passion is CrossFit. Quite a dynamic sport, I regularly put my body through some gruelling work-outs and my Sport Massage Therapist is integral to my performance.  I hope to become integral to your performance too.
